Welcome to Laundry Rental ! By using our washer and dryer rental services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
All washers and dryers rented from
Laundry Rental
remain our property. You are renting the equipment, not purchasing it, and you do not own it at any time.
Monthly Cost:Washer & Dryer Combo: $60/month (no hidden fees).Payment Schedule: Payments are due monthly on the same date as delivery. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day.Payment Method: Payments will be made through auto-pay using the credit card you provide.
5-Month Minimum: You agree to rent the equipment for at least 5 months. After the 5-month term, the rental continues month-to-month until you cancel.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time after the initial 5 months by notifying us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. No Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds if you cancel mid-billing cycle.
Payments must be made on time. If a payment is late:A $10 late fee will be added to your account.We may attempt to process payment using the card on file.If your account becomes 15 days past due, we may schedule a pickup of the equipment.
Delivery Fee: A one-time delivery fee of $20 is required at the start of your rental unless waived by promotion.Pickup Fee: If your equipment needs to be picked up for non-payment or end of the rental term, you must schedule the pickup with 3 days’ notice.Missed Appointment Fee: If you miss your delivery or service appointment without notifying us at least 8 hours in advance, a $35 missed appointment fee will apply.
You agree to:
Hookup Availability: Ensure you have the correct hookups for the washer and dryer before delivery.
Safe Environment: Provide a clean and accessible space for delivery, setup, and operation of the equipment. Care for Equipment: Use the equipment responsibly and as intended. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse
Relocation Notice: Do not move the equipment to another location without our written consent.Report Issues Promptly: Notify us immediately of any issues with the equipment.
If you fail to pay or the rental term ends:
You must allow us access to retrieve the equipment.Failure to provide access may result in additional fees or legal action.
No Warranty: We provide equipment "as-is." While we maintain the machines, we are not responsible for damage to your property caused by the equipment.Insurance: You are responsible for any damage to your property caused by the machines. We recommend having renters’ or homeowners’ insurance.
We will repair or replace faulty equipment due to normal use at no extra cost.If the damage is caused by misuse, you will be charged for the repair or replacement.
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement if:
Payments are not made on time. Equipment is relocated without our consent.Unsafe or unsanitary conditions prevent service.
You agree to provide a secondary contact during sign-up. If we cannot reach you for any reason, we may contact your secondary contact to arrange service or discuss account issues.
Repossession Fee: If we attempt to repossess equipment and payment is made afterward, a $20 trip fee will apply.Damage Fee: If the equipment is lost or damaged beyond repair, a $500 fee per unit will be charged.
This agreement is the entire understanding between you and
